This conceptual project design features soft curves and material transitions that reflect Chef Kenji’s connection between Japan and France. In the dining area, clean lines, natural textures, dark wood screens, and subtle lighting create a calm and balanced atmosphere.

In contrast, the bar and lounge are bold and nostalgic, inspired by a Parisian underground setting with a Japanese twist. This shift creates a dynamic dialogue between serenity and intensity, tradition and memory.
