Our clients had an investment property that was going for sale.

The approach was to design a space that would appreciate the property value. Our materials and finishes choices reflected that.

We were able to create a second bedroom out of the den. Kitchen and bathroom were upgraded. The unit was sold after a few weeks on the market.
